Bike art tends to be flames, skulls or both! Techniques used by airbrush artists have come a long way but there’s still room for improvement on the subject matter. More women ride now than ever and artists need to tone down the testosterone in their paintjobs. I think one can combine classic form and composition with new art and create much more visually satisfying bike art. My best critics have always been kids...and if a kid says “wow”, you’re probably on the right track! These two bikes are my first attempts, and I’m looking forward to doing more.
